We would like to thank everyone who participated in this season and congratulations go to the following division winners and runners up:

Super Premier Division: Winner – Masada. Runner Up – Brig inn

Premier Division: Winner – Spiders Web. Runner UP – Rowantree B

1st Division: Winner – Mains of Scotstown. Runner Up – Scotia Lounge

2nd Division: Winner – Kings Highway. Runner Up – Langdykes

3rd Division: Winner – Butchers Arms. Runner Up – Croft & Cairns

Committee Update 12/03/2020

League Results, League Tables and George Baxter Results have been updated.

180s, High Checkouts and Quick legs have been updated.

ADA Team fees for season 2020/21 are to be paid in full by Monday the 30th of March. Fees are £80 and committee will be available to collect them from the 16th of March at the Northern Bar from 6pm to 7pm. We would prefer teams to pay by bank transfer so if this is something you can do please contact the committee on 07415330053 for the details.

Finals Day will be held on Sunday the 3rd of May at the Douglas Hotel, teams are reminded to be at the venue to register 1 hour before they are due to play. Players/Teams receiving divisional trophies should be at the venue for 5pm and the league trophies will be presented after the Gas Lamp Trophy has been played.

The AGM will be held on Monday the 18th of May at the Dee Swimming Club. Any bar wishing to enter a new team into the league should contact the committee no later than Monday the 4th of May.  Any proposals for rule changes should be submitted by Monday the 20th of April.

With 1 match left for everyone in the Premier to 3rd Divisions, there is still a lot to play for.

In the Premier Division the Spiders Web sit top of the table but are only 1 point ahead of the Rowantree B with the Spiders facing bottom of the table team McNasty’s B and the Rowantree B to play Victoria Bar who they drew with in their first leg tie.  At the bottom of the table should the Brig Inn B win and Riley’s B lose they will tie for relegation and require a play-off to decide who drops to the 1st division alongside McNasty’s B.

In the first division second place is still up for grabs with the both Scotia teams in the running. The Lounge team are currently 2 points in the lead of the bar team, facing Murdo’s Lounge away and the bar team at home to the Kittybrewster. Bottom end of the table will see the Mither Tap being relegated to the 2nd division but joining them could be either McNasty’s or Wilson’s with 2 points separating them, if McNasty’s can win their match against the Mither Tap and Wilson’s lose to St Machar this would see Wilson’s down to the 2nd division due to a match points score between themselves and McNasty’s of 3-1 to McNasty’s.

2nd division sees Langdykes and Kings Highway play each other to determine who wins and who is runner up of this division with both teams sitting on 47 points. The first leg saw the Highway beat Langdykes 7-5, can they repeat this or will Langdykes manage to defeat them as only a win will do to see them as 2nd division winners for season 2019/20.

For the 3rd division the runners up spot is still to play for with Croft & Cairns only 1 point ahead of Bankhead Inn after a surprising defeat to the Gas Lamp on Monday. Can they pull themselves together and secure a win against the Grampian Bar to hold 2nd place. Bankhead Inn are to play top of the table Butchers Arms who have not lost a match so far this season.

The Super Premier division still have 2 games left to play and currently the Brig Inn sit 2 points clear of the Northern Bar after their win against the Northern on Monday putting them back in 2nd place. Both teams still have the Masada to play with the Northern facing the Castle first then Masada in their last match and the Brig Inn facing the Masada on Monday then the Grays Inn in their last match. Should they finish on the same league points at the end of the season Brig Inn will be Super Premier runners up due to beating the Northern on Match Points 5-3.

Even more interesting is the bottom of the table which sees 4 teams in the mix for potential automatic relegation if dead last at the bottom of the table and if 2nd bottom they will have a play-off with the runner up of the Premier division to try and remain in the Super Premier Division.

Good luck everyone.
